Delivery

  • Product Descriptions are Approximate:

    • Descriptions of products in offers, order confirmations, catalogs, brochures, and the online shop, etc., are only approximate.

    • Deviations regarding material, color, weight, dimensions, technical design, and similar characteristics are reserved, provided the delivered item remains reasonable for the buyer.

    • All quantity, dimension, and similar specifications are subject to standard trade tolerances.

  • Customer's Responsibilities for Operation:

    • The customer must ensure that the necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, gas, water, exhaust chimneys, breakthroughs, etc.) required for operating the system, based on our specifications, are sufficiently available.

    • The customer must also obtain official permits, particularly for connecting exhaust hoods and systems to on-site chimneys, as well as gas appliances; permission from the district chimney sweep is required.

  • Delivery "Free Kerbside":

    • Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, the appliance will be delivered "free kerbside."

  • Delivery Ex Works/Warehouse and Additional Costs:

    • All prices are ex works or warehouse in Euros, excluding packaging, freight, insurance, customs duties, or other ancillary costs, plus the applicable VAT.

  • Unloading is the Customer's Responsibility:

    • In the case of an agreed delivery, the buyer is obligated to provide the necessary personnel and equipment for unloading in a timely manner and at their own expense.

    • It is assumed that the vehicle can drive directly to the unloading point and be unloaded immediately. If these conditions are not met, any resulting additional costs will be charged separately.

  • Connection to Supply Lines Not Included in Scope of Delivery:

    • Any necessary connection to utility lines (electricity, water, steam, sewage, hot water, gas, etc.) must be arranged by the buyer at their own expense and may only be carried out by licensed local electricians or plumbers.
