iGastroNomic, headquartered in Germany and active in the catering supplies sector since 2010, proudly carries the Karacasan and CSA-Inox brands. We manufacture over 5,000 products in our advanced production facilities located in Istanbul and Sinop, Türkiye. With a combined production space of around 27,000 m², we supply customers worldwide and are continually expanding our capacity to meet growing global demand.

Our focus is not only on the production of commercial kitchen equipment, but also on tailor-made solutions for hotel and restaurant projects. We support well-known restaurant and hotel chains from planning to implementation and have developed a reputation for quality and reliability.

Since 2024, iGastroNomic is headquartered in Nackenheim, Germany, where we also have storage space. From here we offer our customers an improved service, including faster and free delivery within Germany, to better meet our customers' needs. 

Our goal at iGastroNomic is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers through continuous improvements and expansions and to further consolidate our position as a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment and catering supplies in the industry.
