Free Shipping from €0.00 Net: Every order within Germany is shipped free of charge—with no minimum order value! Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Your goods will be reliably delivered by our standard forwarding partner.

For specific requirements, we offer the following additional services:

  • Express Shipping: Need your goods in a hurry? Our express shipping guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Price starts at €49.90.

  • Scheduled Delivery: Plan the arrival of your goods precisely. With scheduled delivery, you determine the exact day of delivery. Price starts at €19.90.

  • Tailgate Delivery: If your unloading point does not have a ramp or if the goods are bulky, we recommend booking a delivery with a tailgate lift. This ensures smooth and safe unloading. Price starts at €29.90.

International Shipping

Inquiries & Custom Quotes: For international shipping, costs and delivery times depend heavily on the destination country and the weight of your order. Please contact our sales department for a custom quote. We will find the best and most cost-effective shipping solution for you.

Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery Location: Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is "free kerbside." Unloading the goods and transporting them to your premises is your responsibility.

  • Goods Inspection & Transit Damage: As a business owner, you are legally (§ 377 HGB) and contractually obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately and carefully. You must check the shipment for visible damage immediately upon delivery in the presence of the driver. Any damage must be noted immediately in writing on the delivery note and confirmed by the forwarding agent. You must notify us and the forwarding company of any kind of transit damage immediately. Only then can we ensure a smooth claims settlement process. We cannot consider late claims for transit damage.

  • Insured Shipping: Your delivery is insured against transit damage as standard.
